Merchandising Audit
Merchandising Audit
In Survey, our extensive experience allowed us to define this concept, which includes measuring the following variables:
  1. Levels of visual exhibition by category: What space your product covers in the shelf and in the store
  2. Numeric distributions: Referring to the percentage of stores that have your products in exhibition
  3. Planogram: Diagram of how your products should be placed and displayed to maximize sales
  4. Strategy: What strategy should you follow with respect of your competitors and within your own marketing mix
  5. POP Displays: Auditing all marketing material intended to increase brand exhibition and promote product sales, such as display stands, mobiles, posters and banners
  6. Promotional activities: Measuring the promotional activity within the category
  7. Price track: Measuring average price levels for your comparables during a time period. Clients can see the last 12 months of average prices by SKU.
